Any WVSU student who travels outside of West Virginia or to a high risk location anywhere in the United States may be required to quarantine or produce a negative COVID-19 test upon their return, unless exempted by state policies. Once submitted, this form will be reviewed by the Office of Student Affairs and you will be instructed on what is expected of you upon your return.

In general, students should anticipate:

Five (5) Day Quarantine for any travel outside of West Virginia.
Fourteen (14) Day Quarantine for any international travel.
