PEIA allows family status changes for health plans the month of the "qualifying event" and the two following months. For Mountaineer Flexible Benefits plans (dental/vision/spending accounts) you will have the month of and two months following a qualifying event to submit an election form and supporting documentation to your benefits coordinator.
