Our team is responsible for maintaining and improving approximately 100 acres at the Institute main campus of West Virginia State University (WVSU). In addition, the University’s Research and Development Corp. and the University Foundation have facilities on the main campus.
Off-campus sites are located at the Booker T. Washington Institute in Malden and a variety of other locations within the service region which are utilized for the purposes of Land-Grant sponsored activities and other educational endeavors.
To submit a work order or request for furniture to be moved, submit a work order with TrackIt. This system allows for a more efficient and effective way for Physical Facilities to address any repair needs in a proficient and productive manner.
The Physical Facilities Department maintains a 24-hour Work Control Center which is a major hub for work activities and emergency communications. Physical Facilities can be reached at 304-766-3181.
