Welcome to the Department of Physical Facilities, Division of Business and Finance, that is responsible for maintaining and improving approximately 100 acres at the Institute main campus of West Virginia State University (WVSU). In addition, the University's Research and Development Corp. and the University Foundation have facilities on the main campus. 
 
Off-campus sites are located at the WVSU Booker T. Washington Institute in Malden, and a variety of other locations within the service region which are utilized for the purposes of Land-Grant sponsored activities and other educational endeavors.

The Physical Facilities Department maintaines a 24-hour Work Control Center which is a major hub for work activities and emergency communications. Physical Facilities can be reached at 304-766-3181.
