- No pets allowed - Proper documentation required otherwise
- Guests are required to follow all rules and guidelines put in place, without exception.
Guest Tickets Disbursement:
Students graduating with a Bachelor or Master Degree can pickup
6 guest tickets at the
Office of the Registrar.
Extra Tickets
Please speak with the office staff on the number of additional tickets needed. If the number is in excess, you will need to wait until Thursday, December 7th, to pick up excess tickets.

- Latin Honor Cords are provided to Undergraduate Students with a minimum overall GPA of 3.25 in the last completed term, (Fall 2023).

The information below will be updated for the Fall 2024 Ceremony Guest Ticket Information, as soon as it is determined.
Each Student participant will be allotted a specific number of tickets to invite close family & friends.
- The number of tickets is based on the number of students and capacity limits of the venue.
- Therefore, the number of tickets are to be determined later in the term.
- There is no charge for tickets
