This serves as a guide for finding a resolution to concerns or complaints. The University is committed to addressing concerns in a responsive and timely manner, including complaints related, but not limited to, the educational experience and/or the services received. Your electronic submission is requested, however, a receipt of paper-based comments can be sent to the President's Office, attention Chief of Staff, 103 Ferrell Hall. Confidentiality will be subject to the nature of your complaint.
