Strategic Planning Listening Sessions

WVSU’s recently announced strategic plan, called Future State, will determine the strategy and goals for the future of WVSU over the course of the next several years. On Wednesday, September 7, a series of listening sessions will take place on campus where students, faculty, staff, alumni, university retirees, visitors, and area business leaders are invited to participate to share their thoughts.

Anyone is welcome to attend any session that works with their schedule, although each listening session is targeted for different groups. Each listening session will last approximately one hour. There start times are as follows:

• 8:45 a.m. – Faculty and staff in Judge Damon J. Keith Scholars Hall, Anne Brothers Smith Conference Room
• 10:45 a.m. – Alumni and university retirees in Judge Damon J. Keith Scholars Hall, Anne Brothers Smith Conference Room
• Noon – Lunch with students in the Goldston Dining Hall inside the James C. Wilson Student Union
• 1:45 p.m. – Faculty and staff in Judge Damon J. Keith Scholars Hall, Anne Brothers Smith Conference Room
• 4 p.m. – Business leaders and community members in Judge Damon J. Keith Scholars Hall, Anne Brothers Smith Conference Room
