Native of Slovakia to Discuss how Conflict in Ukraine Impacts Surrounding Nations on April 4

Dr. Csilla Droppova, a Slovak citizen with ties to the Charleston West Virginia, will be giving a presentation on Tuesday, April 4, at 7 p.m. in room 134 of the Wilson University Union on how the current situation in Ukraine impacts surrounding countries including her home country of Slovakia.

Droppova has had extensive experience teaching on a full-time basis at the University of Matej Bel. Her experience has included instruction through the departments of Economics and Tourism and Hospitality. 

Currently, she is a consultant and lecturer in the subjects of business management, crisis management and coaching, tourism development, sustainable management of non-profit organizations and related matters. 

Droppova has a doctorate degree in Intersectoral Economics - Tourism Marketing Strategies from the University of Matej Bel, located in Banska, Brystrica, Slovakia.
