INSTITUTE, W.Va. – More than 270 students will graduate from West Virginia State University on Saturday, May 11, 2019, during a commencement ceremony beginning at 10 a.m. in the D. Stephen and Diane H. Walker Convocation Center. The ceremony will be live streamed starting at 10 a.m. here: youtube.com/c/WVSULiveStream.
