WVSU Women’s Basketball Team Conducting Toy Drive

INSTITUTE, W.Va. –The West Virginia State University (WVSU) women’s basketball team is conducting a toy drive in conjunction with local United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots campaign.

Donations of unwrapped and unused toys of at least $10 in value may be dropped off at the women’s basketball office on the first floor of Fleming Hall until Dec. 21. In addition, fans attending the team’s Holiday Tournament Friday and Saturday will be admitted free of charge with a toy donation.

The Yellow Jackets play Wilmington University at 5:30 p.m. Friday with St. Augustine and Ursuline facing off at 7:30 p.m. The losers play in the 3:30 p.m. consolation game Saturday with the championship game set for 5:30 p.m.
