President Carter Is Recipient of
2012 Governor's Living the Dream Award

President Hazo W. Carter, Jr. was awarded the 2012 Governor’s Living the Dream Award by the Martin Luther King, Jr. West Virginia Holiday Commission.  The award goes to a person who best exemplifies all of the characteristics of justice, scholarship, sharing of self, human and civil rights and advocacy of peace.  It is one of five awards given each year to individuals who best exemplify, through action or personal traits, the principles and ideals characterizing Dr. King in his pursuit of social change.
