Request for Proposal Has Been Issued For Fleming Hall Renovation and Addition Phase 1
INSTITUTE, W.Va. -- A Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued calling for bids for Phase 1 of the Fleming Hall Renovation and Addition project. Phase 1 is for site utility work and involves the relocation of several utilities in Fleming Hall. Silling and Associates, the architect for the project, will supply bidding documents to prospective bidders upon request. The issuance of the RFP meets the overall project schedule.
Bids will be publicly opened at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2012 in the conference room of the Harold McNeill Physical Facilities Building on the WVSU campus. The most advantageous bid will be selected and the bidder will be notified. Work should begin soon thereafter.
The Fleming Hall Renovation and Addition is funded through a $15 million allocation through Education, Arts, Science, and Tourism bonds.
