            West Virginia State University offers 22 bachelor's degrees and three master's degrees with a total of 76 program options.  The newest master's degree program, a master of science in law enforcement administration, enrolled its first class in the fall 2011 semester.  The degree is designed for those who are in a criminal justice field who want to further their professions.

            Now in its 120th year, the University offers a quality affordable education with faculty who are highly educated and well-prepared in their academic areas.  Continuous accreditation by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools since 1927 attests to the fact that West Virginia State University upholds the highest academic standards.
