Students may be required to submit additional documentation to complete their financial aid. The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships will determine if additional documentation is required upon receipt of a student’s 2025-2026 FAFSA application and/or after the prior semester’s grades have been released. The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships reserves the right to request additional documentation to resolve any conflicting information.
Students who are missing documents will receive a weekly email as a reminder to their WVSU email account. Students are required to check their MyState account to determine what documentation is required.
Instructions:

- Choose the “Tools” Tab
- Choose “Fill & Sign”
- Choose “You”
- Double-Click On the Line (A text box will populate)
- Fill the Form Out Completely
- Choose “Save”
- Email the Completed Form to the WVSU Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships
