Title IX — About Title IX at WVSU

West Virginia State University is committed to fostering an environment in which all members of our community are safe, secure, and free from sexual misconduct of any form. Board of Governors Policy # 14 sets forth how discrimination, harassment, sexual and domestic misconduct, certain consensual relationships, stalking, and retaliation will be addressed by our University.
