Crime Statistics

This information is being provided to you as part of the University’s commitment to your safety and security on its campus and its compliance with the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990 and the 1998 Amendment to the Higher Education Act of 1965. These Statistics represent criminal activity impacting our campus for the prevailing and two preceding calender years. Additionally, WVSU submits campus crime statistics to the FBI and to the U.S. Department of Higher Education. Jeanne Clery crime statictics are calculated by the calendar year and subsequently reporting runs in arrears by one year.
