The Drain-Jordan Library has four areas that students, staff, and faculty can reserve: a group study room located on the first floor, the Library Learning Center located on the first floor, a small conference room located on the 2nd floor, and a large conference room located on the ground floor. Please use this page to reserve a time slot in the spaces we have available and to get more details on each room.
In addition to our bookable rooms we also have plenty of spaces throughout the library that can be used in individual or group settings. There are also individual study pods available first come first serve on our second floor that is located in a designated quiet area.
For group study room reservations, our group study room can be reserved for any time the library is open. A WVSU ID will be required and retained at the main desk before entering the room. It will be given back once everyone has exited the room.
Please clean up any trash, wipe off the whiteboards, gather all your items, turn off all lights and close the locked door as you exit the room at the end of your reservation slot. Remember to stop at the main desk to indicate your group’s departure and pick up your ID card.
The Library Learning Center, 2nd Floor Conference Room, and Conference Room L32 can only be reserved by faculty and staff. Bookings for these rooms will also need to be approved by library staff.
