Located in the Office of Counseling & Wellness Services, the Relaxation Room is a private, quiet space to develop and practice relaxation skills to enhance overall well-being. This is one space on campus to simply rest, breathe, and relax with no agenda.
The Relaxation Room is located on the 1st Floor of Sullivan Hall, East Room 109.

- TV for guided yoga and meditation sessions
Appointments
Please call (304) 766-3262 to reserve time to use the Relaxation Room. The room can be reserved for 30 min. sessions Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
No food or drinks, other than water, are allowed within the relaxation room.
