The Tax Year 2025 1098-T Statements are available as of January 30, 2026.
Your 1098-T’s can be obtained by:
- Go to Heartland ECSI
- Select “Find Your Tax Document”
- If you already have an account/profile with the ECSI portal, please log in using your account/profile username and password
- If you are a first-time user of the ECSI portal, please register a new account/profile prior to accessing your 1098-T
- If your 2025 1098-T does not populate, please select Add Account to access your 1098-T
- Click the link next to “For 1098-T Tax Forms” under “Search for Your Heartland Key”
- Search for “West Virginia State University”
- Input your SSN and Zip Code
- Click “Connect” after the Heartland Key is generated
