The Office of Career Services organizes numerous events throughout the academic year to support students in their job search and to prepare them professionally for life after college.

Teacher Job Fair

This event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Wilson University Union.
Teacher Job Fair Details

At the Teacher Job Fair, each school system will have the chance to present themselves and highlight three facts or unique features about their organization. After all school systems have introduced themselves, students will have the opportunity to network with them and arrange interviews.

Interview Process
Interviews will take place during the fair for students who are interested in learning more about or applying to the represented organizations.

Important Note for Employers: Please ensure that the representatives attending the fair are authorized to interview candidates and/or make hiring decisions on behalf of your organization.

Career & Employment Expo

April 16, 2026
This event will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Wilson University Union.
he event is open to all WVSU students, Alumni and the general public and is open to ALL majors. We will have approximately 40-60 employers on campus from a wide variety of industries that have full time, part time, seasonal and internship opportunities available. Students and job seekers should bring their resume and dress business professional to business casual and be ready to network with representatives.
