WVSU Youth Summit on Agriculture

From the farm to the laboratory to the classroom to the office, careers in agriculture, environmental science and natural resources take many forms.

Are you a high school student interested in careers in agriculture, environmental science and natural resources? We’ll share how WVSU can help make your career goals a reality, including opportunities for full and partial scholarships.

Join us for our inaugural Youth Summit to interact with WVSU professors, researchers and extension agents; learn about opportunities in agriculture, environmental science and natural resources at WVSU; and get details about our 1890 Scholarship Program

Learn about agricultural careers from professionals at various organizations and agencies, including the Natural Resources Conservation Service, the West Virginia Department of Agriculture, US Farm Service and US Forestry Service.
