After graduating from high school in Philadelphia, PA, Kaysha Jackson moved to West Virginia to attend WVSU as a volleyball recruit, fueled by her passion for science. She graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree and later earned her project management certification, solidifying her workforce development and program leadership expertise. Kaysha has developed a deep appreciation for the stunning scenery and the warmth of the Charleston community. Her work is grounded in a commitment to education and economic empowerment.
With a decade of experience in workforce development, Kaysha currently serves as the Workforce and Career Readiness Program Manager at WVSU Extension. Leveraging her strong background in workforce development, community engagement and program innovation, Kaysha leads initiatives that enhance educational and economic opportunities across West Virginia.
