The project involves a phased renovation of a 14,309 gross square foot facility, including upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems; improvements to the building envelope (roof, windows, and doors); and interior renovations to laboratory, research, office, and training spaces. Phase 1 will encompass approximately 4,200 square feet of interior renovation and full roof replacement of the entire building. This project is funded by the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture (100% federal funds).
