(OSI) Writing the Business Plan, a free virtual entrepreneurial writing workshop starting Wednesday, February 9, at noon that will consist of four weekly training sessions to help both experienced and novice entrepreneurs create a comprehensive business plan.
Clinton Arnold, business and marketing professor at WVSU, will discuss the various steps in the writing process, such as creating an executive summary, composing a company’s description, summarizing market research and potential, conducting a competitive analysis, describing a product or service, developing a marketing and sales strategy, describing an organization and its management, compiling business financials and explaining funding requests.
