WVSU Extension Service will be joined by South Branch Valley Farmer Donna Alexander, CPA, CFE, who will share information and answer questions with participants live via Zoom.
“While filing taxes can be a daunting task, it is also a vital part of farm management,” said WVSU Extension Agent Kristie Martin. “With this session, we’ll learn from Donna what information is needed for taxes and how to organize it for easier filing, instead of just tossing receipts into a shoebox and opening it up in April.”
Alexander will cover the information needed for filing farm tax returns, and discuss how to collect and organize the information throughout the year so the filing process is easier and more efficient.
The free Ag Talk Tuesday series began last July and takes place the second Tuesday of each month. Participants register to join the live event and can submit questions ahead of time through the and platforms or via email.
