INSTITUTE, W.Va. – The West Virginia Symphony Orchestra (WVSO) will be performing a free concert on the campus of West Virginia State University (WVSU) on Thursday, Sept. 25, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Davis Fine Arts Building.
This will be the fourth time in as many years that the Symphony has performed at WVSU. The Symphony is West Virginia’s premier performing arts organization, presenting more than 50 concerts annually to audiences throughout the Mountain State.
While tickets are free, they must be reserved in advance by calling the WVSU College of Arts and Humanities at (304) 766-3196. Tickets can then be picked up at the box office in the Davis Fine Arts Building beginning at 6 p.m. the evening of the concert.
