INSTITUTE, W.Va. – Incoming freshmen and transfer students at West Virginia State University (WVSU) are encouraged to attend one of three New Student Orientations (NSOs) this summer to get accustomed to the university and to register for fall classes.
The orientations will be held on the following dates: All orientations will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and begin inside the Walker Convocation Center on campus. Incoming students can expect guided campus tours, visits with their academic advisors, and visits with the Office of Financial Aid, Student Affairs, and the Cashier’s Office.
Students will register for classes and hear from WVSU President Ericke Cage and other university leaders during the sessions.
