INSTITUTE, W.Va. — West Virginia State University (WVSU) will host a Yellow Jacket Fall Fest Tuesday, October 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. on WVSU’s campus. This free event welcomes all local residents to enjoy an evening filled with seasonal entertainment and activities for both families and individuals.
Guests will discover a range of attractions, including trick-or-treat stations, interactive games, a bounce house, pumpkin crafts and opportunities to capture festive photos. Activities will take place along Campus Walk between the WVSU Clock Tower and the Student Plaza outside the Wilson University Union (please see campus map).
The evening will conclude with a costume contest at 7:30 p.m., offering participants the chance to display imaginative outfits and win awards.
“The Yellow Jacket Fall Fest truly reflects WVSU’s commitment to uniting the community,” said WVSU 4-H Program Leader Sara Price. “We are thrilled to provide an experience where neighbors and families can come together to enjoy autumn festivities.”
The event guarantees a safe, lively setting with engaging activities for every age group. No pre-registration is necessary.
