West Virginia State University President Anthony L. Jenkins will deliver his annual State of the University Address Thursday, Oct. 3, at 1 p.m. in the P. Ahmed Williams Auditorium of Ferrell Hall to kick off University Homecoming activities. All students, faculty and staff are invited.
