CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission and the West Virginia Council for Community and Technical College Education are sponsoring Higher Education Day at the West Virginia Legislature Monday, Jan. 28, 2019 beginning at 9 a.m. All West Virginia public two- and four-year institutions and all West Virginia Independent College and University member institutions have been invited to attend.
