INSTITUTE, W.Va. – The second annual Fall Festival on the Quad (FQ) will take place on the campus of West Virginia State University (WVSU) Sunday, Sept. 17, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will feature food, craft beers and wine served picnic style along with live music, as well as student and professional artisans. Throughout the afternoon event, music will be provided by area musical groups with additional performances by WVSU student musical groups.
Renowned West Virginia artist Susan Poffenbarger has donated an original work of art that will be auctioned at the event. Prints of the original piece will also be available for purchase.
Also, during the festival, local artists will be creating works of art that will be available for purchase.

All proceeds from FQ benefit a scholarship fund for West Virginia State University students.
