INSTITUTE, W.Va. — West Virginia State University (WVSU) will host a Criminal Justice Career Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Wilson University Union.
This event is free and open to the public and all majors are welcome.
At the fair, employers will be available to discuss career opportunities within the law enforcement and criminal justice field, while students be able to explore their career options.
Twenty organizations are expected to attend including; the Chesterfield County Police Department, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department, Metro 911 of Kanawha County, the Montgomery County Police Department, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the West Virginia Division of Corrections, the West Virginia State Police and the West Virginia University College of Law.
