WVSU's academic colleges are being reorganized from four colleges to three. As we update the website to reflect this change, some pages and links may be in transition. Thank you for your patience as this work is taking place. More information can be found here.

New Academic Structure at WVSU

West Virginia State University’s Board of Governors has approved a reorganization of our academic colleges, moving from four colleges to three.  This new academic structure positions us to better serve students, expand interdisciplinary opportunities, strengthen workforce alignment, and support future program growth. In addition, the new structure will elevate our growing agriculture programs into a school of agriculture, that will help lead the way to further growth opportunities for our students, faculty, and staff.

For our students, all of our academic programs remain the same and the faculty members who you have built relationships with throughout your academic journey will continue.

We are in the process of updating our website to reflect the new college structure. During this transition period, you may see some pages that still reference the previous four-college structure. We appreciate your patience as we work through these updates.
