In-coming first-time Regents Bachelor of Arts students receive first semester at no cost (tuition and fees only) if they meet the following:

Affordability
Beginning fall 2025, freeze all in-state tuition, and fees for eight semesters and Room and Board for the upcoming academic year.

• Tuition assistance program that covers the cost of tuition, fees, and approved academic program fees for eligible West Virginia resident students.
• The program is a “last dollar in” program, meaning it covers any remaining costs after other financial aid is applied.
