Each Student participant will be allotted a specific number of tickets to invite close family & friends.
- The number of tickets is based on the number of students and capacity limits of the venue.
- Therefore, the number of tickets are to be determined later in the term.Â
- There is no charge for tickets
- No pets allowed – Proper documentation required otherwise
Guests are required to follow all rules and guidelines put in place, without exception.

Guest Tickets Disbursement:
Students who have submitted an application for graduation can pickup __ guest tickets at the Office of Student Accounts (OSA- formerly Cashiers) window, the entire week of finals leading up to commencement:

For students wishing to seek more than the allotted tickets OR unable to pickup tickets during regular business hours:
1. Students can call the OSA ONLY during the week of finals while tickets are being dispersed, see details above.-*- (Early Calls and requests may not be honored or accepted.)
2. a. Need more the __ tickets? Students maybe able to request a specified number of additional tickets for reservation, pending availability of unclaimed tickets at the end of the week.
Please only request the amount you need being mindful of others hoping for an extra ticket or two.
2. b. Unable to make it during regular business hours? Students can request their tickets be held for pickup during rehearsal or morning of the ceremony.
3. Once the request is made, (if additional tickets become available, the student will be notified) and the amount of requested tickets will be reserved in an envelope for pickup during rehearsal or the morning of the ceremony in the Walker Convocation Center.
