In accordance with our mission, West Virginia State University will strive to provide an inclusive and accessible university environment for all individuals with disabilities.  In an effort to do so, the University has enacted Board policy #66 – Access for Individuals with Disabilities. 

The President has appointed the Director of Disability Resources as the institution’s ADA Coordinator/504 Compliance Officer to oversee the institution’s implementation and compliance with ADA Titles I and II as well as Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.  The Disability and Accessibility Resources unit is responsible for overseeing all disability related resources for the institution.
