  The Office of Student Life and Engagement (SLE) will coordinate activities that comply with CDC, Kanawha- Charleston Health Department and West Virginia State University (WVSU) guidelines and ensure that appropriate face coverings, respiratory and hand hygiene are used . In-person and virtual programs will be provided through SLE and external companies. The links to the virtual programs will be provided via campus emails on the day of the event.
 
Intramural sports activities will also be managed to comply with CDC, Kanawha-Charleston Health Department and WVSU guidelines and athletic best practices . Supplies will be available so that equipment and surfaces can be cleaned and disinfected before each use, and that hand hygiene can be practiced before and after activities .
