Contact: Jack Bailey (304) 766-4109 jbaile19@wvstateu.edu INSTITUTE, W.Va. – West Virginia State University (WVSU) Extension Service will host a free tree grafting workshop on Saturday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Milton Public Library.
“Participants in this workshop will learn how to propagate fruit and nut trees through hands-on grafting techniques,” said WVSU Extension Agent Kristie Martin. Grafting is a horticultural technique in which plant tissues are joined in order to continue their growth together.
