INSTITUTE, W.Va. — The Martin Luther King, Jr. State Holiday Commission will host its sixth annual Celebration of Diversity on Monday, Feb. 5, 2018, at 4 p.m. in the Wilson University Union at West Virginia State University. WVSU President Anthony L. Jenkins will be the keynote speaker. West Virginia First Lady Cathy Justice will also speak. The primary focus of this event is to showcase the artwork of K-12 students in West Virginia and honor the awardees of the MLK poster contest. A reception will follow immediately. Following this event, all artwork will be on display at the West Virginia Museum of Culture and History in Charleston during the month of February.
