West Virginia State University Extension Service to Host Tree Pruning Workshop

INSTITUTE, W.Va. – West Virginia State University (WVSU) Extension Service will host a workshop on proper pruning and maintenance of fruit trees Saturday, January 6, at 10 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church of South Charleston. The workshop is free to attend.
“This workshop will focus on the pruning of fruit trees and the traditional methods of how to properly care for and maintain them,” said WVSU Extension Agent Brad Cochran.
Designed for all experience levels, the workshop will focus on all aspects of fruit tree care and upkeep.
Instruction will be followed by a hands-on demonstration of proper pruning.
