INSTITUTE, W.Va. – Abstracts, posters and photographs are now being accepted for the third annual Conference on International Human Rights, to be held March 30-April 1 at West Virginia State University (WVSU).
Sponsored by the WVSU College of Business and Social Sciences and the WVSU National Center for Human Relations this year’s conference will explore the theme of “Human Rights and Energy.”
Topics could include: access to energy; energy, environment and climate change; energy and clean water, air, soil and food; energy and ethics; energy, regulations and policy; women’s rights; children’s rights; and, elder’s rights.
Academics, practitioners and students are invited to submit their work. All types of research are welcome, including case studies.
Abstracts of no more than 300 words should be submitted to .
Student posters and photos should be sent to or by March 1.
Registration to attend the third annual Conference on International Human Rights is $50, or $20 for students. WVSU students are admitted free. To register, visit .
