INSTITUTE, W.Va. -West Virginia State University (WVSU) Extension Service will launch a holiday “ReCraft” workshop series beginning Saturday, Oct. 3, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Charleston.
In the first session, participants will create a “creepy, crawly” Halloween-themed succulent planter. The workshop is open to the public. Pre-registration is required, along with a fee of $15, which covers the cost of all materials.
A second workshop is slated for Saturday, Nov. 14, from 10 a.m. to noon, at which participants will create their own tree cookie holiday wreaths. Registration for that workshop costs $25.
The Habitat for Humanity ReStore is located at 301 Piedmont Road, Charleston.
