Campus Offices Closed for Thanksgiving Break

WVSU’s campus offices will be closed Nov. 21-25 and will reopen on Nov. 28.
WVSU’s Dining Hall will be open for brunch from 10:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and dinner
from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19 through Wednesday Nov. 23 and again on Sunday, Nov.
27. The Dining Hall and Starbucks Café will be closed Thursday, Nov. 24 through
Saturday, Nov. 26 for Thanksgiving. Starbucks will be open from noon to 4 p.m. on
Saturday, Nov. 19 through Wednesday, Nov. 23 and again on Sunday, Nov. 27.

WVSU AERS Partners with Higher Ed Institutions to Benefit Maple Syrup Producers

The West Virginia State University Agricultural and Environmental Research
Station is partnering with West Virginia University and Future Generations University to

West Virginia State University to Host Dedication Ceremony October 7 to Name Campus Facilities in Honor of Former President and First Lady

West Virginia State University (WVSU) will host a dedication ceremony Friday, Oct. 7,
at
11:30 a.m. to formally name a campus building and the complex that surrounds it in honor of
former WVSU President Dr. Hazo W. Carter, Jr. and his wife, Judge Phyllis Carter.
