RESIDENCE HALL ASSIGNMENT APPLICATION

Application and Checklist for room assignment at WVSU.  This form must be completed before any room will be assigned.

RESIDENCE LIFE MANUAL

This manual was designed for you - THE RESIDENT.  We encourage you to read it.  In fact, we expect you to read it.  The information will assist you in understanding the practices of WVSU Residence Life and Services program.

PRIVATE ROOM CONTRACT

Private rooms are subject to availability and student must show sufficient financial resources to cover additional cost.  All private room contracts must be approved by the Director of Residence Life and Services.

WHAT TO BRING/WHAT NOT TO BRING

STUDENT CLEARANCE FORM

Clearance Form to be completed by High School Counselor or previous university’s Student Affairs office.

PRILLERMAN HALL APPLICATION

Married students, students with children and non-traditional students may apply for residency in Prillerman Hall. 

HOUSING CONTRACT

The housing contract is provided here for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.  You will complete and sign the Housing Contract onsite at WVSU. 

INDEPENDENT LIVING APPLICATION

The eighth floor of Sullivan Hall is designated for a select group of students living independently.
