Future Freshman
Coming to WVSU is easy! Just submit the items below and you'll find yourself ready for the first day of classes in no time!
  • WVSU admission application and $20 application fee (apply online or submit a paper application)
  • FAFSA application 
  • ACT or SAT scores (States' ACT code is 4538 and the SAT code is 5903)
  • Official high school transcript or GED certificate showing your completion date
  • Immunization Records (if born after January 1, 1957)

Scholarships and Financial Aid
  • Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) starting Jan.1. Our priority deadline is March 1, but you can still apply any time after that. WVSU's FAFSA code is 003826
  • The FAFSA application is required for both scholarship and financial aid consideration.  
 
Housing
All freshmen are required to live on campus (see exceptions.) Complete the Housing application and send to:
