WVSU | West Virginia State University

Assistant Professor

My research has focused upon, primarily, presidential rhetoric in relation to a number of salient policies such as economics, energy, and immigration as well as religion. Secondarily, I am interested in Judicial Politics, broadly.

I primarily teach courses in American Government, Constitutional Law, Public Policy, and Public Administration.

My most recent book can be purchased here --
Economic Actors, Economic Behaviors, and Presidential Leadership: The Constrained Effects of Rhetoric
