Welcome to the Department of Human Resources

West Virginia State University (WVSU) is a historically black college/ university which has evolved into a fully-accessible, racially diverse and multi-generational master's degree granting institution. Payroll Payment Election:

For employees and students who receive their pay check via direct deposit, you can view your pay stub and W-2’s at the following address:
https://www.wvsao.gov/LOGIN.ASPX.  If you are not signed up you can go there to sign up too. If you are not signed up for direct deposit we encourage you to do so.  There is no cost to participate and the benefits include: your paycheck is deposited directly into your account on the payroll date, access to your paystub and W-2’s online earlier than when you receive a paper copy.
